Underneath large, shaded trees, parents can enjoy watching their children play a game of baseball at Veterans Park.
The park offers one full basketball court, a large open grass area, and six magnificent tennis courts. Children will enjoy playing at the structures and be amazed by the small cement slide that joins them. The slide was donated by the Candle Lighters, a philanthropic organization.
Veterans Park offers a great picnic site with a capacity to fit up to 150 people and large restroom facility nearby. This is one of Union City’s largest parks and is located next to Cabello Elementary School.
