PSSC Site
 The PSSC property includes seven acres of flat, buildable area, ideal for office, hi-tech and biotechnology. It is located on 11th Street off Decoto Road, on the east side of the BART tracks and south of the Union City BART station.
An 11th street extension will connect to a new four-lane parkway along the south side of the property, running between Mission Boulevard and Paseo Padre Parkway in Fremont. Decoto Road extends to Interstate 880 and the Dumbarton Bridge..
The Property is within walking distance of BART, the Marketplace Shopping Center, and the Union City Civic Center.
